Day 12 of our We Stay Consistent 30 Day Challenge! Enjoying Fall Break with the family here on the Gulf of America! Got up at 6am and got a nice 20-minute jog in on the beach. What a beautiful way to start the day! Like OutKast said, “Get up, get out and get something!” Sometimes you just gotta get up, get out and make it happen. No excuses, just find a way! We Stay Consistent! www.jtglobalbasketball.com

Day 11 – We Stay Consistent 30 Day Challenge Day 11 was definitely a challenge! After driving 4 hours to Florida and getting in late, I still found a way to get my workout in. Managed to knock out 10 laps in the pool and quickly learned you have to be in shape to swim! Haha! Quote of the Day: “Stay creative with your workouts, but stay disciplined with your goals. It doesn’t matter how you get it done, just find a way!” We Stay Consistent! www.jtglobalbasketball.com

Day 10 – We Stay Consistent 30 Day Challenge! 44 years old and I still feel like I could hoop professionally if I wanted to! These days, I play for the love of the game, the camaraderie with great friends, and staying in shape. Check out a few clips from our 5:25 AM runs with a great group of guys! Also got to test out my new @xbotgo_official AI Camera! Amazing technology and video quality! Definitely impressed! “Never stop finding ways to do what you love. Life is about enjoying the journey, not just the destination.” We Stay Consistent! www.jtglobalbasketball.com

Day 8 – We Stay Consistent Challenge! We got it in today at the legendary Frank Brown Recreation Center! Day 8 of our 30-Day Exercise Challenge is in the books! Today’s message is simple: KEEP GOING! Be yourself, believe in yourself, and never let anybody tell you what you can or cannot accomplish. Everybody won’t see your vision, and that’s okay. It’s not their dream to accomplish. It’s YOURS! Quote of the Day: “Keep going even when nobody believes in you. Keep working even when nobody is watching. You don’t need everybody to believe in your dream. You just need to believe in yourself enough to never give up!” We Stay Consistent! 8 Days Down, 22 To Go! www.jtglobalbasketball.com

We Stay Consistent Challenge – Day 7 We officially completed our first full week of the 30-Day We Stay Consistent Challenge! And what a way to close out Week 1! Yesterday, we celebrated my good friend Fede’s amazing wedding, and we danced for FOUR HOURS at the party! Hahaha! Who said working out can’t be fun? 7 days down, 23 more to go! We Stay Consistent! Quote of the Day: “Everything starts with a dream, but dreams don’t become reality overnight. You have to take it step by step, day by day, and find a way to get the job done by any means necessary. Every small step brings you closer to the bigger picture. Stay patient, stay focused, and most importantly, STAY CONSISTENT!” WE STAY CONSISTENT! www.jtglobalbasketball.com @rosariobasketok

Day 6 of the We Stay Consistent Challenge! It’s not too late to win your game in 2026! We are officially in the 4th quarter, and this is where you separate yourself from everybody else. How you finish is just as important as how you started. Stay focused, stay disciplined, and keep putting in the work! “Championships aren’t won by how you start the game, but by how you finish it. When everybody else starts getting tired, that’s when you find another gear. The 4th quarter is where winners separate themselves!” We still have time on the clock. Let’s finish STRONG! Day 5 – We Stay Consistent 30 Day Challenge Got up at 5:25 AM this morning and played basketball with my guys. They kept trying to call traveling on me, but as I always tell them, every move I have, I spent years working on and perfecting. Nothing was given to me. It all came from repetition, hard work, and consistency. Quote of the Day: “You can’t perfect your craft if you’re not willing to put in the work. What looks easy to others took years of repetition when nobody was watching.” We Stay Consistent. www.jtglobalbasketball.com

Day 4 – We Stay Consistent 30 Day Challenge Another busy day, but we made time to get some work in. No matter how busy life gets, we have to find time to invest in ourselves. Quote of the Day: “Everybody wants to be successful, but not everybody is willing to make the sacrifices that come with it. Sometimes you have to give up comfort, make time when you don’t have time, and do things you don’t feel like doing. Success in life isn’t just about what you want. It’s about what you’re willing to sacrifice to get there.” WE STAY CONSISTENT. www.jtglobalbasketball.com

Day 3 – We Stay Consistent 30-Day Challenge Today was a busy day with a tough schedule. After leaving my daughter’s soccer game, I realized I hadn’t gotten my workout in. Instead of making an excuse, I put together a 15-minute bodyweight workout before bed and got it done. It wasn’t about how long I worked out. It was about keeping my word to myself. Quote of the Day: “Before you can expect people to believe in you, you have to learn to believe in yourself. And that starts with doing what you say you’re going to do, even when nobody is watching.” We Stay Consistent. www.jtglobalbasketball.com

Community support goes a long way when it comes to our youth. Every sponsor, business, parent, and person who supports what we are building helps us continue to bring amazing opportunities and events like Nike Basketball Camps right here to our community. A big thank you to DICK’S Sporting Goods Corporate, our local DICK’S Sporting Goods, and Anthony Ware for continuing to support our program and the kids we serve. Support like this helps us create better experiences, give back to families, reward our campers, and provide opportunities for young athletes to learn, compete, build confidence, and enjoy the game. We appreciate everyone who believes in what we are doing with JT Global Basketball and Shoot For The Stars. We are going to keep working, keep growing, and keep giving our kids experiences they will remember. Day 2 — We Stay Consistent 30 Day Challenge. Played basketball this morning and for the first time in a while I felt like my old self. I stopped rushing, played with patience, and just did what I know how to do. “Patience is knowing what you can do and not forcing it. Stay calm, trust your work, and let the game come to you.” We Stay Consistent. www.jtglobalbasketball.com

Happy Anniversary to my beautiful wife, @margaritacastella ❤️ 12 years together and 11 years married. We’re different in so many ways, but that’s what makes our love and journey so special. From traveling the world together to building a home and raising our family here in the Auburn community, every step has been a blessing. Basketball didn’t make me rich in money, but it made me rich in life. It brought me to Argentina, where I met the love of my life, and together we’ve built a beautiful family and a life I’m truly grateful for. Happy Anniversary, my Queen. Thank you for always believing in us. I love you forever. 🎊🎉🙏🏿🍾🍾🍾🇺🇸🇦🇷❤️❤️❤️❤️
